Enrolments



Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Pompallier Catholic College. You will find all the information you need to know about enrolling at our College below and also under the "Preference Enrol" and "Non-Pref Enrol" pages on our website.


ENROLMENT PROCESS

All applications should be made in the year preceding attendance, as the College does not hold early applications.

The Pompallier Catholic College Board of Trustees has implemented an Enrolment Policy, which can be viewed here.

Each year, applications will be accepted from the date enrolments open, and must be received by the closing date. Exact dates will be confirmed each year on our website.

Completed enrolment application forms, together with all the requested supporting documents, should be presented or posted to the College office, by the published closing date for applications each year.

Enrolment applications received after the published closing date shall be added to any waitlist arising from the enrolment process.

2024 ENROLMENTS

Preference enrolments for 2024 open on Thursday 1 June 2023, and close on Friday 4 August 2023.

It is advisable that Parents/Caregivers also read the Enrolment Policy above prior to applying.

Enrolment Application packs are available from the College office, can be downloaded below, or you can request a pack to be posted to you.

Parents/Caregivers will be informed no later than Friday 18 August 2023 on the outcome of their application.

Unfortunately we will be unable to offer places to Non-Preference students in 2024.



2023 ENROLMENT

The College will still take applications for Preference enrolment this year, however; some year levels currently have a waiting list.

Enrolment applications received for this year shall be added to the current waitlist. Applications are waitlisted on the basis of year group, and in order of the date the application has been received.

Please call into the College office to collect 2023 enrolment forms, or phone us on 09 438 3950 to request a pack to be emailed or posted to you.

We are not able to offer places to Non-Preference applicants in 2023.
